The key to good ergonomic posture is the position of your spine and limbs.
Check the following 7 points to see if you are sitting correctly:
– Your knees should be at the same level or below the hip joints
– Your ankles should be placed in front of the knees
– Measure a gap of three fingers between the back of your knee and the front of your seat
– Your feet should be flat on the floor or placed on a foot rest
– Your elbows should sit at an angle between 90° and 120° with forearms horizontal
– Your body should be leaning backward at an angle of about 110 ° with a lower back support ideally
– Your monitor should be raised to eye level
