Amna graduated from the University of Health sciences Lahore, Pakistan in 2017 and completed her five year degree attaining her Doctorate in Physical therapy (DPT) as well as receiving the Gold medal for best graduate award. She has also been an Associate Member of the Australian Physical Therapy Association since 2018.
Amna has worked at the Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Center in Pakistan as a Physiotherapist gaining hands-on expertise and experience with sports injuries, pediatric and geriatric musculoskeletal conditions. She also worked with the multidisciplinary team at the Children’s hospital and Institute of Child Health, Lahore, Pakistan.
Amna is an active member of the Pakistan Physical therapy Association (PPTA) specialized in treating but not limited to:
- Sports Injuries
- Chronic Low back pain, Frozen shoulder, osteoarthritis of the shoulder, hip, and knee.
- Functional rehabilitation
- Pilates from Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute in UAE.
- Kinesiotaping.
When it comes to health, her motto is: “Use it or lose it”.
